Derrick is a Certified Manger of Community Associations through the Community Association Managers International Certification Board. He currently manages several associations in the Sun Valley area and property throughout the Valley. Derrick is an Idaho native who relocated from the Treasure Valley to the Wood River Valley in 2020.
